To order a repeat prescription either:

• Bring to reception

• Post them to us; if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will post them back to you.

We do not take repeat prescription requests by telephone to avoid errors.

It may be convenient for you to instruct your chemist to collect your prescription for you and you should arrange this directly with them. Some pharmacies will deliver to housebound patients.

If you have lost your repeat request counterfoil please write your name and address and the name of your medication on a piece of paper and place this in the box on the reception desk in the usual way.

You must always allow at least two working days for your prescription to be processed and longer at busy times such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays.

If you leave your request on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning it may not be ready for collection until Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday.
